We have invested heavily in high quality equipment, including the largest profiling and pressing equipment of any UK bodybuilder. Thanks to this investment we have the following capabilities in house:
- 600 tonne CNC press brake – enabling us to press components for any size body.
- 8m x 2.5m CNC plasma cutter–we have the ability to cut components up to 25mm thick. The 8m x 2.5m bed means no body is too big.
- Blasting and painting – with our in-house sandblasting capability on low-bake spray painting booths, we provide the best paint package available to our customers.
